Uriel Hernandez
Uriel joined Cobra Automotive Designs in February of this year, and his desire to learn has catapulted him into a level that only a few reach.
Despite starting with no prior experience, his determination and fearless approach to new challenges have driven his rapid growth.
He has already mastered the art of prepping and is now training to become a painter.
What began with painting small parts has quickly progressed to participating in full RV paint jobs under coaching and supervision.
We're incredibly proud of Uriel for his dedication, growth, and commitment to excellence. We know this is only the beginning for him, with his mindset and work ethic, we have no doubt he'll continue to develop into a quality-driven professional who takes pride in every job he touches.
Teaching future generations

When Edgar first started at Cobra, back in 2016, he shared with Bob his desire to teach his kids the importance of hard and dedicated work, the blessing of knowing how to use tools and the great opportunities of knowing all of these skills. Teaching a trade is something very valuable for the future generations. After sharing that, Bob encouraged Edgar to bring his kids to work with him and use the shop as a tool to prepare them for their futures.
After Edgar became the General Manager, he wanted to give the same opportunity to other employees and their children.
Every so often we let our employees bring their kids so that they can have the same opportunity Bob shared with Edgar years ago.
